Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with the exception of select regions in Asia and some remote locations. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs fees or import taxes. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your BBQ tools, drinkware, or other culinary essentials ship. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to monitor your package’s progress.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cheese tools, cookware, or other purchase, simply contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cleaning & sanitizing products, disposables, or any opened food-related items like fermentation supplies. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with packaging.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
