HOW TO USE: Use your favorite recipe to prepare bean curd. Use the included cheesecloth to line the form, fill with curds, and drain. The curds are now ready to form and press into a tofu block. Your homemade tofu is ready in 20 minutes.
CARE AND CLEANING: Clean before first use. Gently wash by hand. Remove excess water after cleaning. Not suitable for dishwasher.
