Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing products (once opened)
- Disposables items (single-use products)
- Fermentation & More kits with opened cultures
- Any item that shows signs of use or is not in resalable condition

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide:

- Shipping instructions for returning your item(s)
- Exchange options if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will include:
- The full purchase price of returned items
- Original shipping costs if the entire order is returned
Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
