Return Policy Overview

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Cleaning & Sanitizing products
- All Disposables (single-use items)
- Opened Fermentation & More kits with exposed cultures
- Any item showing signs of use or not in resalable condition
