  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other restricted regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our professional-grade baking tools, bar accessories, and kitchen equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Cleaning & Sanitizing products
• All Disposables (single-use items)
• Opened Fermentation & More kits with exposed cultures
• Any item showing signs of use or not in resalable condition

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

• Your full name and contact information
• Product name(s) and reason for return/exchange
• Preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange item)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions
• Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

• Includes full purchase price of returned items
• Original shipping costs refunded if returning entire order
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Policy

• Replacement items ship after we receive and process your return
